Carrot Club Subscription plans - Healthy, Organic food products for your family

Terms and Conditions:

The Carrot Club Subscription Program (henceforth referred to as the "Program") has been launched by Bio Basics to encourage consumers to choose organic food on a regular monthly basis for the sake of their own health, and that of their families. Such a Program will not only help the consumers, but will also be highly beneficial to all our organic farmers across the country, as these farmers expect that consumers will come to purchase their organic produce every month. This Program will ensure that our farmers have a regular demand for their produce from the consumers. It is with this intention that the Program has been launched.

The terms and conditions pertaining to each of the above 3 Carrot Clubs and the various benefits offered as part of the Program are listed below:

• Any consumer based in India (seeking delivery of Bio Basics products in India) may choose to pay a one-time subscription fee under the 3 options mentioned above to become a subscriber.
• The subscriber is required to purchase every consecutive month from Bio Basics for a minimum amount (defined as the final invoice value) as mentioned above. The subscriber shall place the order within the calendar month. Bio Basics shall consider all orders that come within the calendar month as an order received in the month, regardless of the order being dispatched during the same month.
• A subscription term has also been mentioned for each of the above 3 options. This term refers to the number of consecutive months that the subscriber shall purchase from Bio Basics to be eligible for the benefits of the Program. If the subscriber does not purchase for any month during the subscription term, the subscription membership shall stand cancelled and all the benefits mentioned above shall not be available to the subscriber.
• One month of grocery has been offered for free under each of these options as mentioned above. To avail of this benefit, the subscribers are required to purchase a minimum amount from Bio Basics as mentioned above, starting with the one-time subscription fee. The amount of groceries that shall be made available free of cost shall be the average amount of purchase by the subscriber during the subscription term.
• Priority dispatch: The order of the subscriber shall be dispatched on the same day of the receipt of the order, provided the order is received by 10 am. This benefit shall not be applicable on Sundays and other holidays.
• Support Staff: Our CRM team shall be available at 96291 22246 to assist the subscriber with orders as required. Bio Basics offers the subscriber additional options to buy other than ordering online. This includes placing the order via Email, WhatsApp, and even over the phone. • Repeating the order: Once the subscriber has placed an order, s/he can repeat her order every month using the facility offered on our website www.biobasics.org. This will help the subscriber to repeat her earlier order with changes as desired, without having to add all items to the cart from scratch.
• Surprise product: Every month, the subscriber shall get a complimentary product sample from Bio Basics, including our favourite recipe for that product, to encourage the subscriber to try something new for FREE, and make home-cooked meals all the more interesting. The selection of the product shall be left entirely to the discretion of the management of Bio Basics, although suggestions for new products are always welcome from the subscriber.
• Free samples: Bio Basics gets samples from farmers who wish to place their products on our platform from time to time. Bio Basics shall offer such samples free of cost to the subscriber from time to time. There shall be no specific guarantee or commitment from Bio Basics that such samples will be offered at any given frequency.
• Favorite recipe: Every month,Bio Basics shall also share one of our best recipes for the subscriber to try out. Such a recipe shall be forwarded via WhatsApp or email on a monthly basis.
• Free shipping: Bio Basics shall bear the cost of transportation for all those orders which are eligible for free shipping as mentioned above.
• WhatsApp community: Subscribers eligible for being included in a WhatsApp community shall be invited to join the community over WhatsApp. Such a subscriber may utilise this facility to ask questions, get clarifications, and seek advice from Bio Basics as well as other members of the community. This is to ensure that we build a community of like-minded individuals committed to the cause of safe food, good health and the well-being of farmers and the environment.
• Bio Basics reserves the right to change the aforesaid terms and conditions from time to time. The updated terms and conditions shall be uploaded on the Bio Basics website on a regular basis and shall be available for download by the subscribers.
• In case of any dispute between any subscriber and Bio Basics, the matter shall be referred to the Board of Directors of Anantha Naturals Private Limited, the entity that owns the trademarked brand of Bio Basics, and the decision of the Board shall be final.
• Finally, this subscription program is only intended as a benefit for the subscriber and is therefore not liable for any legal action whatsoever.
